Briarwood family,

It is with a sad and broken heart that we announce the passing of Mrs. Peggy Whitt earlier this morning. “Miss Peggy” loved Briarwood, all of its children, and the Washington bus. Her love of children and her strong faith in God could not be outdone and will be missed by all that knew and loved her. Please keep Mrs. Whitt’s family in your prayers. We love you Miss Peggy and will try and take comfort in knowing that you are at the side of our Lord and Savior now and forever more.

Sincerely,

Clayton Parrish

 John 3:16 – For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Proverbs 3:5 – Trust in the Lord with all your heart  and lean not on your own understanding;

Philippians 4:6-7 – 6 Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
